EasyArchiv/EasyPLM^® - Characteristics

The predetermination of this product was to create simple, save and affordable system that is able to archive digital documents. Due to increasing user requests and thanks to proper architecture the EasyArchiv/EasyPLM^® is today a complex document management system (DMS) based on workflow and it is also a powerful system for the product lifecycle management (PLM). EasyArchiv is easy-to-use and its implementation and deployment is very simple.

When using EasyArchiv as a Document Management System (DMS - base of the system) there is at disposal user-friendly document management including user-rights managemnet according their states and possibility to cooperate with large set of external applications - starting with Office integration, continuing through various CAD systems (CATIA, Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD) to output management integration (plot-management CIMGRAPH). When configurated as a PLM solution (EasyPLM^®), there is ensured a complex product information management from an idea study through design until production and product's maintenance - in other words comprehensive product lifecycle management. EasyPLM^® contains effective tools for design cooperation, item and BOM management, technology routines, tool management. All areas could be on-line integrated with customer's ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Baan, JDE, ET, ...). Above mentioned configurations are just examples how to turn profit of product line EasyArchiv/EasyPLM^®, the system openness and flexibility enables to customize it easily, and the implementation coverage results always from customer's needs and requirements. You can perfect the solution by adding of some module, e.g. by graphical defined workflow made to be easy for users to create and manage their own enterprise processes.

This system is based on the client-server architecture and supports standard platforms like Windows and Web.
